Privacy Policy of Nanda Paresh — what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your rights, and how to contact us.

Nanda Paresh is a digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, India, run by Paresh Nandaa. We work with businesses across India and worldwide. Our website is nandaparesh.com.
(a) Website enquiry form. When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect: your name, company name, work email, phone number, website (if provided), your area of focus, your monthly marketing investment range, and your message.
(b) Meta lead forms (advertising). When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we collect: your name, phone number, and email address (prefilled by Meta), plus your answers to our qualifying questions about your marketing investment, business priority, and role. Information you submit through our Meta lead forms is used to respond to your enquiry and may be stored in our Google Sheets lead records.
(c) Analytics. We do not use Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel on our website.
(d) What we don't ask for. Our forms do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not send such details through our forms.
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- assess whether our services fit your needs;
- contact you about your request (including follow-up by WhatsApp message or phone call); and
- improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only as needed to operate: Meta Platforms (lead ad delivery), WhatsApp (follow-up messaging), BigRock (website hosting — its mail server delivers our website enquiry emails from noreply@nandaparesh.com; no third-party email service is used). We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep enquiry records until the enquiry is resolved, then review them for deletion.
Lead and enquiry records are stored in the “NP Leads 2025” Google Sheet. Access: Paresh N (owner) and Vedanti Nadkar (editor).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by us by writing to paresh@nandaparesh.com.

Our website does not set cookies itself. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives technical information (such as your IP address) as part of that request. This statement covers only what has been verified in the site's code; it is not a claim that no other third-party technology is ever involved.
Our services are directed at businesses. Our advertising is targeted at adults aged 32 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
